Makes 4 Servings
1 (10-ounce) bag shredded carrots or 3 carrots, peeled and shredded
1 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained
| 1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup plain yogurt
- In a large bowl, mix carrots, pineapple, raisins and yogurt until coated.
- Keep refrigerated in an air-tight container until ready to serve.
