Pineapple and Mango Fruit Salad

Serves 12


… 1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch chunks
… 2 large mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped
… 2 pints blueberries, washed


  1. In a large serving bowl, stir pineapple, mango, and blueberries.
  2. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week until ready to serve.
