1 cup macaroni noodles
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup small broccoli florets (pieces)
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix pasta, water and salt. Microwave on high for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, until pasta is fully cooked and water is absorbed (gone).
- Stir in milk, cheese and broccoli. Microwave on high until cheese is melted and broccoli is tender, about 2 to 3 minutes.
