1/4 cup Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
1 small head broccoli, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 1/2 cups seedless grapes, cut end to end
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1/4 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- In a large bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
- Add cut broccoli, grapes, red onions and pecans and toss to coat. Keep refrigerated in a closed container until ready to serve.
